Qualifications

• 2–6 years in techno-functional or business analyst role focused on automation.
• Strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Admin.
• Experience with SQL and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Analyst to drive automation initiatives across business processes. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on understanding manual processes and designing solutions to automate them using appropriate technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong business process knowledge with hands‑on technical skills to deliver impactful, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management and assigned functions/teams/stakeholders to execute automation opportunities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop, test, and implement automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Autmate, Power BI
• Work on projects diligently as assigned by Management from time to time.
• Document business and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and constraints.
• Perform root cause analysis and optimize processes before automating.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and user guides for automated solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post‑implementation support.
• Monitor and maintain automation scripts, ensuring performance and uptime.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provide training to end‑users on newly implemented tools or automation workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in a techno‑functional or business analyst role with a focus on process automation.
• Knowledge of finance processes is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and business analysis methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA, RPA platforms).
• Hands on experience in building Power BI Reporting Dashboards with various input sources
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with databases (SQL) and data manipulation is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.
