Job summary

Hilti India is seeking an AutoCAD Operator to prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD 2D/3D from input by EJ Engineer. Interpret inputs, create technical CAD drawings, and ensure accuracy for project needs.

You will work with EJ Engineers, update CAD models, and maintain compliance with standards. Strong English communication and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Expert competence in AutoCAD 2D for Civil and MEP projects.
• Fluent in English for clear technical communication.
• Engineering background in Structural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Engineering Judgement AutoCAD files based on input from EJ Engineer.
• Produce rough sketches and detailed drawings of EJs using CAD software.
• Update knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, BIM drawings.
• Incorporate feedback and implement changes to drafts promptly.
• Ensure drawings comply with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicate potential challenges to EJ Engineers after drafting.

Draft the future with us AutoCAD Operator is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate Drawings using AutoCAD software based on input and design given by EJ Engineer. Interpreting accurate details provided by EJ engineers, based on UL/Intertek inputs, sketches and create technical drawings on AutoCAD (2D).

What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate Engineering Judgement AutoCAD files based on AutoCAD
• Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings of EJs
• Updating knowledge of AutoCAD 2D , 3D software, BIM drawings
• Professionally take any feedback on modifications, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential challenges to EJ Engineers after converting sketch to AutoCAD
