Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in electronic surveillance or ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; 3D knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of CCTV, access control, IP networking and structured cabling.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical and MEP drawings.
• Experience with ELV, fire alarm or BMS systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and structured cabling systems.

• Prepare cable routing, rack elevation, power point and network layout drawings.
• Create and update as-built drawings, schematic diagrams and riser diagrams after installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers and installation teams to ensure drawings are accurate and practical.
• Support BOQ preparation, equipment specifications and layout optimisation.
• Ensure drawings meet client requirements, technical standards and safety guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Engineer with experience in Electronic Surveillance Systems to support the design and drafting of integrated security solutions including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming technical requirements into accurate 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for project execution and client approval.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and structured cabling systems.

Review architectural, electrical and MEP drawings to plan equipment and device locations.
