Lead all the technology initiatives at VC-backed leading global SaaS company, Auro Digital. Co-developed with Broadridge (NY:BR $30bn market cap), a leading FinTech in the world. Role involves overseeing the entire tech stack including SaaS platform for managing digital assets, Prime Brokerage, Credit, Treasury Management, Algorithmic Investing Marketplace, and Web/App development. Software backend has been primarily developed in Python using Ansible automation, Docker compose/swarm containerization, and image rendering to build servers, Database (PostgreSQL, Mongo, and SQL), Cloud/AWS management, front-end (React.JS, Flutter), middleware (Node.JS centric), AI ML and neural networks (Python centric), application monitoring (DataDog), UI-UX (Figma centric) including the entire software development lifecycle (CI-CD).

Ideal Experience:

1. Prior CTO position at a SaaS/FinTech/Blockchain company funded by top-tier VC.
2. Degree in computer science, electronics, or data science from a top-tier school.
3. Prior experience in the tech stack mentioned above is a must.
4. Strong preference for IIT graduates.

Presence in US (Miami, New York), India (Delhi), UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Germany (Berlin), and Hong Kong. Preference for candidates who have experience in managing distributed teams, especially India-based tech/data-science teams.

This role ultimately involves relocation to Delhi to work from the office and lead the tech team, though we may allow a couple of months transition for non-Delhi based candidates.

Experience Requirement: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-14 years of experience, but individuals with more than 14 years are also encouraged to apply.

Blockchain Experience: Expertise in languages such as Solidity, Rust, and Go and a deep understanding of the Blockchain ecosystem (Layer 0 to Layer 3), especially DeFi (DEX and borrow-lend protocols), and Tokenization (RWA especially asset management funds and Treasuries).

Python Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python is required.

React Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience with React is expected.

Flutter Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with Flutter.

Websocket Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with websockets is required.

AI Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of AI-related experience.

Immediate Joiners Preferred: We strongly prefer candidates who can join immediately.

Location: While relocation to Delhi is ideal, it’s not mandatory. Remote work arrangements may be considered.
