Job Purpose

To ensure the audit conducted at branches is within the defined TAT and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gold loan valuation using standard methods.
• Perform all checks required to determine the purity of the collateral with all means.
• Ensure systematic monthly checks to evaluate the stock of gold lying in branches.
• Verify previous audit reports, confirm compliance, and report any non‑compliance.
• Conduct security checks during audits, ensuring burglary alarms, CCTV, weighing balance, and branch security measures function correctly.
• Travel to other states or locations for audits or related work as required.
• Provide training sessions on gold loan valuation to branch staff for general awareness.
• Conduct deals with honesty and integrity, avoiding any direct or indirect interest in transactions.
• Safeguard company assets provided for serving job responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Show positive work ethic and deliver results within tight deadlines in demanding situations.
• Extensively work in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
• Perform ad‑hoc activities as per departmental requirements.
• Demonstrate managerial effectiveness and help the team develop the same.
• Define strategy and collaborate with the team to deliver monthly business growth.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computer / Management.
Post‑graduation: MBA.
