Job summary

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is seeking an experienced internal auditor to conduct risk-based audits across liabilities and operations, review branch processes, cash management, and customer service while ensuring RBI compliance and internal policy adherence.

The role emphasizes identifying control weaknesses, preparing reports, tracking corrective actions, and presenting findings to management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Audit, Branch Audit, Operations Audit, or Banking Operations.
• Strong understanding of Branch Banking, Deposits, Assets, KYC/AML, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Risk.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, internal controls, fraud prevention, and audit methodologies.
• Good analytical, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based audits of Liabilities branches, liabilities, assets, cash management, and customer service processes.
