Job summary

Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd invites applications for a Textile Audit role in Tamil Nadu. The candidate will perform pre-audit activities, plan audits, conduct various audit types, and prepare detailed reports with documentation.

Strong emphasis on risk assessment, documentation, and client coordination. Graduate in Textile Technology or Textile Manufacturing with at least 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Textile Technology/ Textile Manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Textile or related industry.
• Experience with certification schemes would be an added advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of auditing principles, practice and techniques would be an added advantage.

• Sending audit plan
• Conducting Audit (announced, unannounced, semi-announced, follow up, additional)
• Create Audit Reports, photo report & record keeping of related documentation.

Job Description

• Pre-audit activities (preliminary assessment and information gathering, review of system plan/documents received, risk assessment (geographical risk and other risk))
• Sending audit plan
• Conducting Audit (announced, unannounced, semi-announced, follow up, additional)
• Create Audit Reports, photo report & record keeping of related documentation.
• NC follow up and review corrective actions and propose to decision maker for final decision.

• Executing audits (as per ISO 19011 requirements) and sampling
• Verification and review of documents
• Reporting audit results
• Conducting audit follow-up
• Maintaining good relation with the clients
• Responding to function-related requests from clients
• Internal coordination and coordinating with the clients
• Assistance with handling of claims & appeals

Qualifications
