Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune invites applications for a tax advisory role handling direct tax matters and audits for corporates and HNIs. You will prepare tax computations, returns, and assist in M&A related activities, liaise with authorities, and review books for compliance.

The position requires strong knowledge of TDS, GST, CCD valuations, and income-tax assessments, with experience in statutory audits and GST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct tax assessment/reassessment appeal proceedings
• Manage tax returns of HNI and non-HNI clients
• Dashboard preparation for HNI clients and review of books of accounts of HNIs
• Appearing before direct tax authorities relating to tax matters
• Review of ETDS TCS various returns with tax departments
• Undertaking statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and preparing GSTR-9/9C of various entities
• Assist retainer clients in their routine tax compliances (TDS, GST, etc.)
• Undertake share valuations, CCD valuations, and business valuations
• Assist in various certification services
• Prepare tax computations, income-tax returns, etc. for corporates
• Advise on direct tax matters of clients from time to time
• Assist the seniors in the M&A activities of the clients
• Liaise with corporates, HNIs, affiliate agencies, etc. in delivering the work.
