Job summary

Manra Management Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced CA to plan and lead statutory, internal and tax audits, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables.

You will review financial statements, manage audit teams, identify risks, and maintain documentation standards, while partnering with clients to support business growth. Exposure to industry-specific audits is preferred, with strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and taxation laws.

Qualifications

• CA qualified from ICAI with strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS and auditing standards.
• Experience with industry-specific audits preferred.
• Good knowledge of taxation laws.

Role & responsibilities

-Plan and lead statutory, internal & tax audits; review financials,

-Ensure compliance, manage client relationships, lead audit teams, -Identify risks, finalize reports, maintain audit quality, and support business growth.

-Standardize documentation practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all audit engagements handled by the team

-Good knowledge of Ind As /IFRS/Indian GAAP

- Review financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP

Preferred candidate profile

• Exposure to industry-specific audits (LawFirm, BFSI, IT/ITES, etc.)
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), auditing standards (SA), and taxation laws
