Job summary

CNK & Associates LLP in Vadodara is seeking an Audit Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will assist in planning and executing statutory audits, reviewing financial records, supporting documentation, and internal controls, while coordinating with client teams to resolve audit queries.

The position requires CA qualification (fresher or 1–3 years) and solid knowledge of Auditing Standards, Accounting Standards (IGAAP/Ind AS), and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute statutory audits in accordance with applicable standards.
• Review financial records, supporting documentation, and internal controls.
• Prepare and review audit working papers; assist in drafting audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with auditing, accounting and tax regulations.
• Analyze financial statements, identify exceptions/risks, and resolve queries with client teams.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain timely records.
• Collaborate with senior team members to implement audit methodologies and drive process improvements.

Role Description

The Audit Executive will assist in planning and executing statutory audits, including reviewing financial records, supporting documentation, and internal controls. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing audit working papers, supporting the drafting of audit reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable auditing, accounting and tax regulations. The role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying exceptions or risks, coordinating with client teams to resolve audit queries, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. The Audit Executive will also collaborate with senior team members to implement audit methodologies and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Chartered Acccountant (Fresher or Experience 1 to 3 year)
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of Auditing Standards, Accounting Standards (both IGAAP and Ind AS), Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support audit findings.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other audit/accounting tools for data analysis and documentation.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
