Job summary

Insight Advisors Private Limited in Pune seeks an Audit Executive with strong tax audit and compliance skills. You will handle tax audits under Section 44AB, prepare and verify audit reports, and file them on the Income Tax Portal.

The ideal candidate includes a CA with 3+ years of relevant audit experience, or a non-CA with 5+ years, and solid knowledge of Tally and accounting software. You will review books, draft observations, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to timely completion

Qualifications

• CA with 3+ years relevant experience in audit and tax compliance.
• Non-CA with 5+ years in audit and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Tax Audit under Section 44AB.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Tax Audits under Section 44AB of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
• Preparation and verification of Tax Audit Reports, including Forms 3CA/3CB and 3CD.
• Filing and uploading of tax audit reports on the Income Tax Portal.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, including reporting requirements.
• Assisting in statutory audits to the extent relevant for tax audit and compliance.
• Reviewing books of accounts and identifying discrepancies, non-compliances, and reporting issues.
• Drafting audit observations.
