Job summary

Spinny in India is seeking a Field Auditor to conduct unannounced ground audits at partner workshops, verify branding, Job Card processes, and service quality. You will collect GPS- and camera-tagged evidence for leadership reporting and CAPA tracking.

Daily duties include planning routes to audit 4-5 workshops, recording findings in real time with Microsoft Forms, and escalating non-compliance while supporting CAPA closure and monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a daily route covering 4-5 partner workshops per day within the assigned city/cluster.
• Conduct unannounced audits against a standard 19-point checklist covering branding, infrastructure, customer experience, and Job Card checks.
• Capture GPS-tagged photo/video evidence at each workshop and record findings in real time.
• Escalate non-compliance and Job Card leakage cases per the defined process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close CAPA and support follow-up visits.

Role & responsibilities

A structured Mystery Audit Program across its partner workshop (GAA) network to independently verify service quality, branding-kit adherence, and Job Card (JC) process compliance. As a Field Auditor, you will conduct unannounced, evidence-based ground audits at partner workshops in your assigned cluster, capturing standardized checkpoint data that feeds directly into leadership reporting, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracking, and network-wide quality scorecards. This is a high-mobility, field-first role. You will be expected to independently plan your daily route across multiple workshops, gather GPS- and camera-tagged evidence on-site, and escape non-adherence issues through the defined action matrix, all while meeting a demanding daily coverage target.

Preferred candidate profile

• Plan and execute a daily route covering 4-5 partner workshops per day within your assigned city/cluster, per the monthly roster.


• Conduct on-ground mystery audits against the standard 19-point audit checklist spanning branding, infrastructure, customer experience, and Job Card / Business Leakage checks.


• Capture GPS-tagged photo and video evidence at each workshop, including parked-vehicle counts for Business/JC Leakage verification.


• Record findings accurately and in real time using the designated audit data-collection tool (Microsoft Forms) immediately after each visit.


• Conduct branding-kit adherence feedback calls with workshop points of contact where gaps are identified.


• Flag non-compliance and Job Card Leakage cases for investigation, following the defined escalation and action matrix.


• Coordinate with the Central Audit Team, Garage Engagement Team, and Recon Team on CAPA closure and repeat-visit follow-ups.


• Maintain roster adherence, visit-count accuracy, and audit quality in line with monthly performance targets.


• Escalate access issues, workshop unavailability, or safety concerns promptly to the Ops Tower Team.
