Job summary

CA Monk in Mumbai invites applications for a Global Audit Delivery Consultant – Statutory Audit. This full-time, remote role targets CA Freshers eligible for May 2026 and January 2026 batches based in Maharashtra.

You will support end-to-end statutory audit engagements for domestic and international clients, perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and assist in reviewing financial statements while gaining exposure to US/global audit processes and firm methodologies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant – May 2026 or January 2026 batches.
• Freshers with interest in Statutory Audit / External Audit.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Auditing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end statutory audit engagements for domestic and international clients.
• Perform audit procedures including substantive testing, analytical procedures and verification of financial information.
• Assist in reviewing financial statements and relevant supporting documentation.
• Work on areas such as revenue, expenses, fixed assets, receivables, payables, inventory and other balance sheet/P&L items.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers in accordance with applicable auditing standards and firm methodology.
• Identify audit observations and communicate findings to senior team members.
• Coordinate with engagement teams and contribute to timely completion of audit assignments.
• Gain exposure to US/global audit processes, accounting standards and audit methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant – May 2026 and January 2026 batch only.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Statutory Audit / External Audit.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Auditing concepts.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple assignments.
