Job summary

Jobitus seeks an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager fluent in Arabic to lead audits, manage teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in line with IFRS, ISA and UAE requirements. You will nurture client relationships, support business development and oversee engagement budgets and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, client management and communication skills with 7–10 years in auditing, plus Arabic and English fluency. UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with UAE/ GCC firms.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in audit or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.

• Review financial statements, working papers and documentation.

Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager – Bilingual Arabic to manage audit engagements, lead audit teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, audit programs, and engagement plans.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Identify financial and operational risks and evaluate internal controls.
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit teams.
• Manage engagement budgets, deadlines, and overall audit quality.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support business development, including proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the growth of the Audit & Assurance practice.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting, auditing, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• UAE driving license would be an advantage.
