Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants is seeking an Audit & Tax professional to support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and delivering accurate financial insights.

You will conduct financial audits, perform GST/TDS/IT compliance checks, identify risks, and prepare reports, working with senior auditors and clients to resolve queries. This role requires CA qualification with 1+ year post-qualification audit experience and a rigorous, ethical approach.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with 1+ year post-qualification audit experience.
• Experience in internal and external audits preferred.
• Knowledge of SA, Ind AS and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits for clients and verify accounts and statements.
• Perform compliance checks for GST, TDS, IT Act.
• Identify risks and internal control weaknesses; prepare audit reports.
• Assist planning and execution of audit programs and fieldwork.

Job description

As an Audit & Tax, you will support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and delivering accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits for clients, including verification of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Perform compliance checks for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Identify risks, discrepancies, and internal control weaknesses; prepare audit reports and recommendations.
• Assist in planning and executing audit programs, including fieldwork and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and clients to gather data and resolve queries.
• Support the preparation of audit working papers, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Stay updated on auditing standards (e.g., SA, Ind AS) and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Qualified (ICAI) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in auditing (internal/external).
• Prior exposure to audit firms or corporate audit departments preferred.

Skills & Competencies
