Join our Internal Audit Technology & Innovation Team!
This role plays a key part in executing our Internal Audit Technology & Innovation Roadmap, supporting the design, development, and deployment of scripts, dashboards, automations, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance audit execution, efficiency, and insights.
The role is a hybrid position combining elements of data science, data engineering, and business process understanding across cycles such as purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, supply chain, and more.

As an Audit Analytics Specialist, you will:
Technology & Analytics
- Build and maintain audit analytics using Python/R/SQL/ACL
- Deliver roadmap initiatives across data extraction, automation, and dashboarding.
- Support development and deployment of AI-enabled audit and workflow tools.
- Migrate analytics into scalable, governed platforms.
Business & Domain Support
- Apply analytics to key business cycles (P2P, O2C, Inventory, FA, Revenue).
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and support data-driven audits.
Audit Collaboration
- Provide analytics support during audits, including data access, scripts, and visualizations.
- Partner with auditors and IT teams to ensure reliable data and effective use of tools.
- Train audit teams on analytics and automation capabilities.
Innovation
- Track emerging technologies and identify opportunities to modernize audit processes.
- Contribute to pilots, proofs of concept, and knowledge sharing across the IA function

Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field. Candidates without these degrees will also be considered if they demonstrate equivalent skills through experience, certifications, or proven technical capability.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, audit analytics, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, or other analytic programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience in data cleansing, data quality assessment, analytical data processing, and working with large datasets.
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and presenting analytical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of core business process cycles such as P2P, O2C, supply chain, inventory, fixed assets, revenue, etc.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities.

- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Ariba.
