Qualifications

Role Description The Audiologist will work full time on-site in Delhi NCR, providing comprehensive hearing care services to personnel of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their families. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and fitting patients with appropriate hearing aids and related devices. The role involves counseling patients and families on hearing health, device use, and maintenance, as well as performing programming, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting of hearing aids. The Audiologist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed, and support ongoing after-care services, including follow-up appointments and periodic re-evaluations. The role also includes educating patients on preventive hearing care and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and service quality.

Qualifications

• Clinical audiology skills, including comprehensive hearing assessments, pure-tone and speech audiometry, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Experience in hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, verification, and troubleshooting of digital and custom-made devices.
• Strong patient counseling and communication skills, with the ability to explain test results, treatment options, and device use in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to provide consistent after-care services, including follow-up visits, device maintenance guidance, and long-term hearing health support.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
