This role requires strong judgment to make final calls on flagged or disputed segments, ensuring quality and consistency across the annotation pipeline.

What You Will Do

• Review annotations flagged by first-pass Annotators for disagreement or ambiguity
• Listen to audio clips and make final determinations on word-level segment boundaries and transcriptions
• Apply the project style guide consistently to resolve edge cases
• Provide clear rationale for adjudication decisions
• Identify patterns in annotator errors and feed back quality observations where needed
