Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in India is seeking a Senior DSP Engineer to design and optimize real-time audio processing algorithms for embedded platforms. You will own the audio pipeline from concept to production code.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills, experience with MATLAB/Python, and deep knowledge of DSP concepts such as IIR/FIR, FFT, and audio interfaces (I2S, PDM). You will mentor engineers and work on low-latency systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Audio Signal Processing.
• 5+ years of industry experience developing real-time audio software.
• Proficiency in C and C++ in resource-constrained embedded environments.
• Expert proficiency with MATLAB, Python (NumPy/SciPy), and audio analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of fixed-point/floating-point math, filter design (IIR/FIR), and FFT.
• Familiarity with audio interfaces (I2S, TDM, PDM) and frameworks (ALSA, CoreAudio, or Audio Graph).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks applied to audio (e.g., keyword spotting, neural noise suppression).
• Hands-on experience with DSP architectures (e.g., Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, ARM Cortex-M/A).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile.

Responsabilités

• Research, model, and simulate advanced audio algorithms (e.g., active noise cancellation, acoustic echo cancellation, beamforming, spatial audio, and dynamic range control).
• Port and optimize MATLAB/Python prototypes into production-ready C/C++ code targeting embedded DSPs, ARM processors, or mobile platforms.
• Design robust, low-latency audio frameworks and pipeline architectures for real-time software.
• Conduct objective acoustic measurements and subjective listening tests to validate algorithm performance.
• Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices within the team.
