ACT Fibernet Is Hiring for Experienced Field Network Engineers for Warangal Location
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete Field Work.
- Travel to customers' places to rectify faults & installation in the network (from Customer Switch box to end connection).
- Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% customer uptime.
- Maintain switches in the network as per norms.
- Ensure timely connectivity support for all cross-functional teams.
- Maintain the network database and submit required reports to the reporting manager regularly.
- Attend customer complaints on the field and provide quality resolution within the TAT.
- Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/troubleshooting.
- Analyze repeat complaints and implement corrective measures through escalations if required.
- Ensure 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules.
- Provide structured feedback to management for permanent solutions to improve service levels.
- Most expected issues in the network include:
- Service issue due to Fiber Cut/Copper Cut.
- Service issue due to improper Router Configuration.
- Crimping Issues.
- Meet daily targets given by the team leader.
- Fiber splicing involved.
- Take proactive actions to reduce customer complaints from chronic CX elements by rectifying fiber connectivity and ensuring quality of execution.
Eligible Criteria:
- Minimum 1 – 6 years relevant experience in Field Network Engineer role (Broadband).
- Experience in Fiber Splicing & Crimping is a must.
- Basic understanding of networking/willing to work in the field.
- Responsibilities include Wi-Fi Router configuration/Switch configuration/Splicing/OTDR handling/Cable pulling (On Field Job).
- 6 days working with 1 week off provided on a weekday.
- Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice period are preferred.
