Job Description or Position Summary
Responsible as support team to manage the Genesys One Contact platform on cloud.
Support Analyst should be able to differentiate the issue of the product, underlying infrastructure, or a local issue and accordingly provide timely solutions as per SLA.
Technology used: SIP for call routing, Genesys for IVR system which is deployed on cloud.
Knowledge of SBC, media server, gateways, regional data centers, and understanding of EPABX.
ITIL process knowledge.
Customer facing experience.
Preferred Competencies or Behavioral Aspects
Customer Communication written and verbal.
Problem solving, quick response, and resolution attitude.
