Responsibilities:

1. First level support in Desktops/Laptops including Windows 10 and Office 2016/O365 knowledge.
2. First level troubleshooting knowledge in Printers.
3. Assist and advise the Group Information Security Manager regarding Risk Analysis and Remediation.
