We're building an in-house creative team and are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can turn big ideas into content that grows audiences, drives engagement, and maximizes reach across platforms. You'll be the bridge between creative and analytics - leading campaigns from concept to performance tracking, and ensuring our brand stays relevant, shareable, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create content calendars that align with brand goals and audience insights. Identify opportunities to leverage trends, memes, and cultural moments.
- Growth & Algorithms: Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and adjust strategies for maximum organic reach. Experiment with formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Lives) to drive audience growth. Optimize posting times, hashtags, captions, and engagement tactics.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Head, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to translate ideas into platform-ready content. Brief and guide the creative team with data-backed insights and trend forecasts. Ensure brand voice and storytelling remain consistent across all channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve content performance. Benchmark against competitors and industry leaders.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of proven experience in social media strategy, audience growth, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of social algorithms, platform best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong creative instincts paired with an analytical, data-driven approach.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (native insights, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment.
