Job summary

Pharvinex Group in Kota, Rajasthan seeks an R&D focused professional to drive new product development from concept to launch and support marketing promotions that deliver 100% customer satisfaction and align with business goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, finance and QA, manage multiple projects, and ensure proper collaboration to drive short and long-term sales and profit growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D and new product development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with marketing, operations, finance and QA.
• Strong coordination with supply chain and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate R&D innovation to develop new products supporting marketing programs and customer satisfaction.
• Lead NPD projects from concept to launch including product development, ingredients, supplier sourcing and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives across marketing, operations, finance and QA; manage multiple projects independently.

• Initiate R&D innovation which results in the development of new products to support marketing program/promotion to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and achieve companies' business goals.
• Lead new product development projects from concept o full launch which includes but not limited to developing product, ingredients, sourcing suppliers approving suppliers selecting equipment.
• Collaborate and lead cross functional team to reach project objectives includes but not limited to marketing operations, finance and QA. Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work independently.
• Maintain good working relationship and coordination with operation team, finance team, supply chain management team with a view to ensuring proper implementation of new products consistent with company's short and long term sales and profit growth objectives.
• Monitor and follow up performance of new products launched both sales and quality anticipate and analyze causes effective performance and provide recommendation to management and operations to improve its performance.
• Prepare related reports on regular bases weekly, monthly ,quarterly and annually to marketing director management and operation team.
