Job summary

Navayuga Engineering Company (NEC) seeks a QA/QC Lead to define and implement project quality plans in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. You will develop ITPs, oversee quality assurance and control, and coordinate with clients for approvals.

You will organize quality engineers across sites, inspect field activities, report QA/QC performance to the Project In-charge, and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize NCRs and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing QMS for large projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Project-specific Quality Management Plan including ITP, formats and various standards & codes to be followed for Project execution and coordinate with Client for its approval
• Responsible for Quality Planning, Assurance and Quality Control in the Project and aim for Zero NCR.
• Arrange adequate Quality Engineers at various areas of operations / activities to meet the ITP of the Quality Management Plan.
• Inspect field activities as per approved inspection plans, obtaining clearances from clients / consultants and making reports,
• Addressing client NCRs and closing after corrective/ preventive actions. Report to the Project In-charge regarding QA & QC performance. Coordinate with the Project In-charge to plan factory visits & testing of materials.
