Job summary

Candidate should have 8+ years post-qualification experience with proficiency in MIS reporting and progress dashboards to support timely decision-making. This is a full-time office-based position based in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in architectural planning and coordination.
• Experience in coordinating with Architects, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in preparing planning documents and MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, ensuring timely execution of milestones while identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Project, Design, Contracts, Procurement and other cross-functional teams for seamless design, planning and execution.
• Assist in the evaluation of construction materials, finishes, and technical specifications, ensuring quality and cost objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings, approvals, planning records and revision logs.
• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, project progress updates and planning dashboards for management.

• 3. Assist in the evaluation and finalization of construction materials, finishes, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• 4. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, drawings, approvals, planning records, and revision logs to ensure accurate record keeping and effective document control.
• 5. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports, project progress updates, and planning dashboards to Management, facilitating timely decision-making and effective project monitoring.
