Job description

Role & responsibilities


This position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Candidate should be capable to look after sales of Specialty products which are sold to the Personal Care and FMCG Industry locally as well as exports
  • Handling of current sales, business development, increasing distributions network in India and world over especially USA & LATAM, and new product identification and market research.
  • Require a very dynamic and sincere candidate with international exposure to the Personal Care Industry.
  • He / She will be directly dealing with customers (MNC & Non-MNC), distributors worldwide and stockiest.
  • He / She will have to service the current customers as well as develop new customers and distributors worldwide.
  • He / She will also interact with R&D Department to suggest and develop new product in this industry.
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • He she Should be responsible for ROI and revenue management of the organization.

Should be able to scope the enhancements of product function feature and product technology platform
