Job summary

DMart in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Warehouse/FC operations professional with 5 to 8 years in warehousing across manufacturing, QSR, or retail. You will implement order processing and oversee stock accuracy, receiving, loading, and asset management in line with SOPs.

Duty manager coverage in the absence of the FC manager, people management of officers and staff, and cross-department coordination are essential. A process-driven and real-time problem-solving mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of warehousing (Manufacturing, QSR, Retail) experience
• Process oriented and real time problem solver

• Implementing operational processes (order processing).
• Accuracy is packing and quick movement.
• Short and excess control.
• Stock availability and stock hygiene.
• Control on receiving, refilling and hygiene.
• Duty manager in absence of FC manager
• People Management – Officers and Staff
• Ensure timely, accurate, efficient loading of Orders in delivery/transport vehicles as per SOP
• Vehicle and transport management
• Documentation and inter departmental coordination.
• Ensure availability of assets.
• Duty manager in absence of FC manager
• People Management – Officers and Staff
• Training team and end users
