Job summary

SV Management Consultants seeks an experienced electrical design engineer to validate 3D/2D concepts, perform design calculations, and ensure releases align with industry standards.

You will drive APQP processes, use Creo, ECAD or Fusion, PLC, and QC tools, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to optimize cost of quality.

Qualifications

• BE-Electrical & Electronics degree required.
• 5–8 years in automobile or industrial embedded-component design.
• Experience with design analysis tools and standard QC methods.

Responsibilities

• Design check aligned to concept and analysis inputs for error-free releases.
• Standardize designs to minimize variants and document SOPs.
• Perform design calculation, SOP creation, and guideline updates.
• Review process feasibility and implement updates.
• Coordinate with client, internal team, and supplier for effective communication.
• Apply problem-solving using standard QC tools.

Job description

Design concept, 3D and 2D to be checked and alignment to be verified through best in practice of industrial standard, Design calculation and soft analysis.

Timely completion of Enquiry and ECM tasks as per PLM flow and adhere the time target.

Effectively utilizing the design software for improving the design quality through APQP process, analysis software and design checklists.

Continual improvement by utilizing PDCA method effectively and focus to improve the cost of quality through bench marking, validation and verification.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design check in-line with concept and design analysis inputs and ensure the error free releases.
• Focus on standardization and minimizing the product variants.
• Design calculation, SOP, standard and guide line creation.
• Process feasibility review and updation.
• Effective interaction and communication between client, internal team and supplier.
• Problem solving technique utilization by using standard QC tools.

Qualification and technical skills:-

BE-Electrical &Electronics

• CREO Harness (or)
• CREO –ECAD or Auto-desk-Fusion (Must).
• PLC
• MS office & Excel –Must.
• PLM wind-chill
• 7 QC tool usage –Must
• DOE or Mini tab

Experience:-

5 to 8 Years in the relevant any automobile or industrial embedded-component design and development domain.
