Job summary

Hitachi Vantara India Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented tax professional to assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax computations, and related schedules for financial reporting.

You will support current and deferred tax provisioning, TDS compliance, audits, and responses to tax notices, while contributing to tax due diligence and M&A-related activities.

• Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, advance tax workings, and tax computations.
• Support tax provisioning (current & deferred tax) and related schedules for quarterly and annual financial reporting (Ind AS).
• Handle TDS compliance, reconciliations, and coordination for tax audits.
• Assist in responding to tax notices, assessments, and litigation documentation.
• Provide support in tax due diligence, restructuring, M&A transactions, and valuation.
