Role Summary:

Clearpack is looking for a Asst./Dy. Manager-Sales - Greater Noida who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility in North Region.


Product Line:

Packaging machinery


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving order booking and invoicing targets monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis for the given region.
  • Develop region wise business plan and sales strategy for the market in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage region and individual performances.
  • Monthly submission of all sales related reports and timely action to prevent shortfall on targets given.
  • Preparation of Visit reports on every visit.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual sales.
  • Create pipeline for future business.
  • Analyse the regions market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects for self and team members in your region.
  • Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Coordination for participation in exhibitions in the region.
  • Follow company culture policy.

Qualifications & Competencies Required

  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate.
  • 5-10 Years of sales experience for packaging machines.
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization.
