The company operates internationally from offices in Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Panama, India and Southeast Asia.

Job Description

Approvals and Permits:

• Planning, preparation, submission, & getting various approvals/ permits from concerned Govt Authorities like GEDA, GETCO etc.
• Working closely with the Project Development team, follow‑ups with Clients and Govt Authorities regarding Approvals and Permits for Projects and related documentation, collecting, updating, and sharing market intelligence including competition with HO on a regular basis.
• Co‑ordinate with Client, Vendor, Project Development teams and ensure all compliances are made on a timely basis.
• Close coordination with the Land team and Engineering team is needed to assess feasibility and availability of land nearby proposed potential sites.
• Relationships and building rapport with senior and key decision makers with state Gov officials is must along to keep track of policy and regulatory frameworks.
• Should be driving and leading all Project‑related Approvals and Permits on an end‑to‑end basis.
• Shall be also responsible for all permits and approvals related to different projects in Gujarat State.

Qualifications

Education:

• B.Tech or any graduate with sufficient exposure to the renewable energy sector.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with 1 year of relevant & prior experience in Solar+ Wind (Hybrid) Project Development (Approvals and Permits related).

Technical Skills:

• Software skills – MS Office (hands‑on), writing letters.

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong liaising skills at state level agencies and thorough understanding of policy and regulations.
• Must have worked with RE developer in Gujarat State.
• Thorough understanding of the functioning of Solar and Wind Power Projects.
• Understanding of relationship management with clients, Govt officials, interdepartmental communication, and other excellent written, verbal communication.
