Job Description
- Manage equity monetization and project financing activities of the company.
- Prepare timely reporting (HQ + internal).
- Excel in financial modelling, equity valuation of projects, loan funding, managing due diligence activities, negotiating agreements related to equity sale/loan financing, and HQ reporting.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the process of valuation of the projects and exit of equity.
- Manage the entire process of loan financing of projects.
- Manage the due‑diligence work for both investors and lenders.
- Handle negotiations of legal agreements related to equity sale and loan funding.
- Manage reporting and budgeting processes (internal + HQ).
- Prepare financial models (from scratch) for project opportunities, sale processes, and loan funding.
- Develop MIS formats and analysis reports for management and business functions.
- Support the internal team for various financial analysis and planning requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA with a specialization in Finance.
- CA candidate with relevant experience can also apply.
- Hands‑on experience in closing equity deals and project financing deals.
- Hands‑on experience in complex financial modelling.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong networking with financial advisors, banks, financial institutions and investors.
Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in equity monetization, project financing and financial modelling for solar, wind or hybrid projects.
