Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports to stakeholders, providing a comprehensive overview of operations and stock levels.
• Manage dispatch operations and perform SAP analysis, including responding to customer inquiries across multiple business sectors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with COP teams across both South and North regions to ensure efficient achievement of daily billing targets.
• Conduct charge reviews to validate freight charges against agreed contractual rates.
• Perform freight invoice validation using TMS (Transport Management System) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
