Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating motion graphics and storytelling through video.

ROLE INTENT

The Associate Video Editor & Motion Designer is responsible for executing video editing, motion graphics, and animation across client campaigns and digital platforms.

This role ensures creative ideas are translated into strong, engaging visual storytelling.

YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES

In 3 Months - Build Execution Strength

• Deliver high-quality editing and motion tasks
• Understand MAG's motion workflows and standards

In 6 Months - Own Motion Execution

• Take ownership of video and motion output across accounts
• Elevate motion and storytelling quality

In 12 Months - Progress Toward Lead Role

• Support complex campaigns and brand films
• Develop leadership readiness

• Edit video content across platforms
