Job summary

Saint Gobain is seeking a treasury professional in Navi Mumbai to oversee cash flow forecasting, ensure timely payments and collections, and optimize idle balance in bank accounts.

The role includes execution of investments in mutual funds and fixed deposits, timely forex confirmations, and coordinating with banks for confirmations, guarantees and letters of credit. Also responsible for MIS reporting and process automation opportunities.

Job description

• Preparing Cash flows for the entire group entities within the agreed timelines. Ensuring that all payments has been facilitated, collections are being received in the bank accounts as per the forecast. Planning to maintain minimum idle balance in the bank a/c. Sharing the variance report with the business for alignment.
• Execution of investments transactions in Mutual funds & Fixed deposits within the agreed deadlines.
• Timely submission of forex currency & commodity confirmations to banks.
• Arranging bank/ investments confirmation & maintaining records for Audit purpose.
• Support business in issuance of Bank guarantee, Letter of credit, GR waiver with banks & coordinating with stakeholders on any queries.
• Ancillary transaction banking activities like REKYC, arranging bank statements, handling queries related to payments, etc.
• Preparing MIS reports in treasury, FD interest accrual, MTM report, bank charges, Idle balance reports, etc.
• Assisting in automation of activities, reports for process excellency.
