Job summary

PeopleStrong in Vadodara is seeking a treasury professional to manage banking and treasury operations, including cash flow planning, payment control, forex exposure management, and regulatory compliance.

The role coordinates with corporate treasury, SSC, project teams, and banks to ensure accurate bank reconciliations, BG lifecycle, and audit readiness, fostering financial discipline and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, signatories, and transaction controls.
• Ensure smooth coordination with banks for fund transfers and issue resolution.
• Monitor bank charges and ensure corrections where required.
• Manage BG lifecycle: issuance, amendment, tracking, and closure.
• Ensure timely and accurate Bank reconciliation closure, Identify and resolve long-pending items in BRS.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, TDS, and EDPMS requirements.
• Support audit requirements and ICFR controls.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.
