Morgan Stanley in Bengaluru and Mumbai seeks a Ground Transport Ops Support Associate to provide operational, administrative and reporting support to the Ground Transport leadership team, ensuring daily service delivery and business continuity.

You will supervise vendor on-ground operations, manage chauffeurs and fleet, maintain reports and dashboards, and coordinate with routing and security. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in related roles are expected, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline, with two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in operations, transport coordination, administration, facilities or service delivery, including stakeholder coordination and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, escalation management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Ground Transport operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai, including five-day office requirements and business continuity activities.
  • Supervise vendor on-ground operations, including chauffeur and fleet management, and coordinate with routing, security and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational reports, trackers, dashboards and performance metrics; support utilization, route optimization and fleet performance reviews.
  • Track service issues, escalations, vendor actions and closure status, maintaining clear documentation and follow-up discipline.
  • Maintain SOPs, audit evidence and governance records; support compliance and safety initiatives, including SOS governance monitoring.
  • Prepare meeting materials, action logs, governance reviews, management reports and employee transport communications.
  • Provide backup operational coverage for the Bengaluru Ground Transport Lead during planned or unplanned absence.

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Ground Transport Ops Support Associate to provide operational, administrative and reporting support across Bengaluru and Mumbai, helping ensure effective daily service delivery, stakeholder communication, issue management and business continuity for the Ground Transport leadership team. In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is an Associate level position within the Travel & Expense Management team.

What you'll do in the role:

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline, with two to five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in operations, transport coordination, administration, facilities or service delivery, including stakeholder coordination and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, escalation management and follow-up skills.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of transportation operations, logistics or workplace services; experience with Ground Transport vendors and India ground transportation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools or workflow automation tools is desirable.
