Responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing reports and contemporaneous documentation.

• Draft submissions and appeals to tax authorities.
• Assist seniors/counsels before tax authorities.
• Review inter-company agreements for TP relevance.
• Assist Master File and CbCR compliance.

Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities
• Assisting in representing seniors / counsels' clients before the tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), ITAT, etc.
• Reviewing inter-company agreements from transfer pricing perspective
• Assisting in Master File and CbCR related compliances
