Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned training programs from requirements to closure reporting.
• Serve as the communication bridge between trainers and clients across India.
• Coordinate with content, QA, and training teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Set up and maintain courses, assessments, and tests on the LMS.
• Manage enrollments and publish attendance and assessment reports.
• Raise and track assessment requests and coordinate reviews.
• Compile reports in client-required formats and drive feedback cycles.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Training Operations professional to own end-to-end delivery of assigned training programs. This role is the single point of ownership for a program — from gathering client requirements to driving execution through internal teams (content, QA, training) and closing the loop with the client. You'll act as the primary communication link between trainers and clients across India, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between what a client needs and what gets delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned training programs — trainer-subject-batch allocation, batch readiness, execution tracking, and closure reporting
• Gather client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable inputs for internal teams
• Coordinate end-to-end with content, QA, and training teams to execute against those requirements, following through until delivery is complete

Client & Trainer Communication

• Act as the communication bridge between trainers and clients, ensuring requirements are understood on both sides
• Share client requirements with internal teams accurately and on time, and keep clients updated on progress
• Support pan-India client accounts, adapting coordination to each client's specific delivery requirements

LMS Product Support

• Set up and maintain courses, assessments, and tests on the LMS
• Manage student and trainer enrolments
• Publish usage reports for internal and client review

Assessment & Reporting Coordination

• Raise and track assessment requests end-to-end
• Schedule trainer reviews
• Compile attendance, daily reports, and assessment marks in client-required formats
• Drive feedback cycles across trainers, students, and clients; share feedback with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate training activities to closure
• Route and follow up on delivery/outcome escalations until resolved

What We're Looking For

• Ownership Mindset: Comfortable owning a program end-to-end, from client requirement to closure reporting
• Communication First: Strong verbal and written communication — confident liaising between trainers and clients
• Tech Comfort: Working proficiency with LMS platforms, MS Excel (mandatory), and reporting tools
• Multi-Client Coordination: Able to manage requirements across multiple, geographically dispersed (pan-India) clients simultaneously
• Organized Mindset: Detail-oriented, able to track multiple batches/programs without dropping follow-ups
