Responsibilities

• Learn and support business processes across HR (HCM) and Finance modules.
• Work with SMEs to understand requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
• Assist in resolving user queries and application-related issues under guidance.
• Support day-to-day application operations and business process activities.
• Assist with transactions, workflow monitoring, and data validation.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and preparation of business insights.
• Participate in testing activities related to system enhancements and releases.
• Prepare and maintain process docs, user guides, training materials, and test data.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, training, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to support objectives.

Role Overview: We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Business Applications Support Team as Associate Trainees. This role provides an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to build expertise in enterprise cloud applications, business processes, and enterprise technology. As a Associate Trainee, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience by working alongside experienced SMEs. You will support live business processes, application support activities, reporting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to develop functional knowledge, technical skills, business understanding, and professional capabilities while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to grow into Associate Consultant based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support business processes across HR (HCM) and Finance modules.
• Work closely with Technical / Functional SMEs to understand business requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
• Assist in resolving user queries and application-related issues under SME guidance.
• Support day-to-day application operations and business process activities.
• Assist with transactions, workflow monitoring, and data validation activities.
• Support reporting activities, data analysis, and preparation of business insights.
• Participate in testing activities related to system enhancements, releases, and process changes.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining: Process documentation, User guides , Knowledge articles , Training materials , Test Scripts / Test Cases /Test Data Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, training programs, and continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience (Fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and business transformation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools / Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Process-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work in afteroon shift.
