Acuity Analytics seeks an Associate in Trade Operations Settlement Support to join the UK shift in Bengaluru. The role focuses on settling bonds, equities, CDS, IRS, swaps and futures for a buy-side client, ensuring timely processing and accurate entries.

You will monitor trade matching and settlement lifecycle, coordinate with custodians and brokers, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues with clear status updates. The position is permanent in Bengaluru with a UK shift alignment.

Job Description

This role willsupport one of Acuity’s buy-side clients in managing securities and derivativestrade operations, with a primary focus on the settlement of bonds, equities,CDS, IRS, swaps and futures.

Monitorthe full trade matching, confirmation and settlement lifecycle for securities,including bonds and equities, and derivatives.

Processand monitor derivative transactions, including credit default swaps (CDS),interest rate swaps (IRS), cross-currency swaps, equity swaps, total returnswaps and futures.

Coordinatewith counterparties, custodian banks, prime brokers and executing brokers toensure timely and accurate settlement.

Investigateand resolve unmatched, mismatched, missing and failed trades across securitiesand derivatives.

Escalatematerial, aged or time-sensitive settlement issues to the client with clearstatus updates and proposed resolutions.

Reviewtrade details, allocations, confirmations, settlement instructions, resets,rolls and maturity events for accuracy and completeness.

Monitorposition and cash breaks, perform root-cause analysis and track exceptionsthrough resolution.

Monitorsensitive transactions, cross trades, clearing-broker transfers andsettlement-funding requirements.
