Job summary

Integrate Inc. is seeking an experienced software professional to architect, design, and deliver scalable products and services. You will own projects end-to-end, drive improvements in the development process, and collaborate across software, DevOps, frontend, and data engineering in a hybrid work model.

Strong knowledge of OOP, Java/TypeScript/Python, and Jest testing is required. Candidates should have 6+ years of relevant experience, deep database expertise, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming; experience with Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• High proficiency with Node.js or a comparable web framework.
• Advanced knowledge of databases, SQL, schema design, and data modeling.
• Experience with automated testing, including Jest.

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, reliable products and services.

• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to improve release confidence, coverage, and metrics.
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests, including automated tests with Jest.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and production issues via root-cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, reliable products and services.
• Own projects and features through the full development lifecycle, from technical discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Master Integrate’s development process, engineering culture, and codebase, then identify and implement opportunities to improve them.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, collaborating across software development, DevOps, front-end, and data engineering responsibilities.
• Translate product and business requirements into pragmatic technical designs and maintainable implementations.
• Present your technical designs to internal and external groups, explain trade-offs clearly, and review the designs of other engineers.
• Develop test strategies and design automation frameworks that improve release confidence, code coverage, and automation metrics.
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests, including automated tests using Jest.
• Diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical and production issues through structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Qualifications

• 6 + years of professional, demonstrable software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of both functional programming and object-oriented programming principles, with experience using at least one object-oriented language such as Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• High proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and web framework, such as Node.js, Express, or a comparable framework.
• Advanced knowledge of database technologies, including data warehouses, SQL, relational database schema design, and data modeling.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit and functional testing using Jest with AI exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Spark or related data engineering technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other MarTech APIs.
• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• A track record of being a top performer in current and past roles.
