Job summary

Grapes Worldwide is seeking an Integration Developer to design and implement seamless integrations across internal apps, SaaS products, and third-party systems. You will work on REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, and middleware, using Node.js or Python and cloud services.

The role involves building scalable integration frameworks, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring secure data exchange across CRM, ERP, analytics, and payment gateways.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building web applications.
• 1+ year of experience in a SaaS or multi-tenant product environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with complex API integrations.
• Solid understanding of system integration, data synchronization, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with React.js / Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure data exchange.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between internal applications, client systems, SaaS platforms, and cloud services.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop scalable middleware and orchestration layers.
• Integrate CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Payment Gateway, and SaaS platforms.
• Build reusable integration frameworks and connectors.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and API Keys.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Implement API security, encryption, audit logging, rate limiting, testing, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
