Job summary

ULOOK in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Supply Chain to secure components for RF-sensing payloads and hardware across electronics, PCB assemblies and mechanical parts.

You will own procurement end to end, build a vendor network, negotiate costs and lead times, and collaborate with RF, electronics, embedded, and mechanical teams to keep BOMs aligned and deliveries on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or sourcing within electronics, aerospace, automotive electronics or hardware product development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple procurement requirements simultaneously.
• Clear communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate procurement options and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement end to end. Source electronic, RF and microwave components, PCBs, assemblies, cables, connectors and mechanical parts, tracking each order from enquiry to delivery.
• Build our vendor network. Identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers for PCB fabrication and assembly, wiring harnesses, precision machining and other specialized requirements.
• Negotiate smart. Evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and optimize costs and lead times without compromising quality.
• Partner with engineering. Work with RF, electronics, embedded and mechanical teams on bills of materials (BOMs), component availability, substitutions, revisions and traceability.
• Keep things on track. Monitor orders, inventory and long-lead components against project milestones. Identify potential delays early and coordinate with vendors to prevent disruptions.
• Maintain quality and compliance. Verify component authenticity, coordinate inspections and certificates of conformity, and support applicable import, customs and documentation requirements.

About the Role :

Engineers design the satellite. You make sure it can actually be built.

As an Associate Supply Chain, you'll work across procurement, sourcing and vendor management to ensure our engineering teams have the right components when they need them.
