**Business Function**The Release & Deployment Team plays a critical role in safeguarding production stability by governing and executing approved production and pre-production changes. The team ensures that all manual deployments, configuration updates, and privileged access activities are executed in accordance with approved change governance, security controls, and regulatory requirements.**Roles & Responsibilities*** Manage and resolve day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operational issues to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.* Provide comprehensive testing application support utilizing platforms such as Performance Center, UFT, Delphix , Jenkins and other inhouse testing tools like SV Genie , Apiq, TAS, SLFW etc.* Collaborate and interact directly with users to troubleshoot technical issues, gather feedback, and deliver effective support solutions.* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell to eliminate manual toil and optimize operational workflows.* Leverage AI technologies and tools, including Co-pilot and DBS GPT, on daily tasks to drive efficiency and innovation in SRE practices.* Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.**Requirements*** Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), system administration, or production support.* Proficiency in automation and scripting using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell.* Hands-on experience with testing and deployment support tools, specifically Performance Center, UFT, Delphix, and Jenkins.* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful user interaction and stakeholder collaboration.* Solid understanding and insights into emerging AI technologies and their practical application in technology operations.* Familiarity with utilizing AI-assisted productivity tools (such as Co-pilot and GPT-based applications) in daily workflows.* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle BAU challenges effectively in a fast-paced environment.**Location:**Hyderabad - DTI Skyview SEZ**Job:**Technology**Schedule:**Regular**Employee Status:**Full time
