- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Scripting or programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.
- Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nobl9, or similar.
- Understanding of IaC concepts and tools (Terraform / CloudFormation).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, good communication.
- Proactive, collaborative in fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities

- Define and maintain meaningful SLOs, SLAs, and health metrics.
- Develop automation and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.

- Monitor platform capacity, identify risks, and ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with application and product teams to bake reliability into the lifecycle.
- Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑incident improvements.
- Support existing RPA automations and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Work with security/compliance partners for vulnerabilities and audits.
- Create and maintain runbooks, docs, and operational standards.

Join our Platform Engineering team within the Digital Foundation division under the CTO Organization as an Associate Specialist Platform Engineer. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain the internal platform products and shared services that support critical business applications, including AI, automation, and SaaS-based solutions across our global organization.
You will work closely with a team of Software and Systems Engineers who are responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform environment. This is a hands‑on technical role where you will contribute to monitoring, automation, and operational stability while helping ensure the underlying infrastructure runs smoothly.
As part of the Site Reliability Engineering function, you will support the health of platform architecture through observability, incident response, and performance analysis. You will help product teams identify bottlenecks, improve system resilience, recommend and implement enhancements that strengthen the quality and reliability of the services we deliver.
Our internal HAI platforms support strategic AI and automation capabilities used across the organization. Reliability, performance, security, and ease of use are critical. As part of this team, you will directly influence how our platform evolves, how incidents are prevented and resolved, and how product teams consume platform capabilities.

- Work with security and compliance partners to identify and remediate vulnerabilities and support audits or control reviews.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, procedures, runbooks, and operational standards.
- Help improve operational maturity through standard practices, automation, and knowledge sharing.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices such as GitHub Actions, Azure Devops, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
