Join our Platform Engineering team within the Digital Foundation division under the CTO Organization as an Associate Specialist Platform Engineer. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain the internal platform products and shared services that support critical business applications, including AI, automation, and SaaS-based solutions across our global organization.
You will work closely with a team of Software and Systems Engineers who are responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform environment. This is a hands‑on technical role where you will contribute to monitoring, automation, and operational stability while helping ensure the underlying infrastructure runs smoothly.
As part of the Site Reliability Engineering function, you will support the health of platform architecture through observability, incident response, and performance analysis. You will help product teams identify bottlenecks, improve system resilience, recommend and implement enhancements that strengthen the quality and reliability of the services we deliver.
Our internal HAI platforms support strategic AI and automation capabilities used across the organization. Reliability, performance, security, and ease of use are critical. As part of this team, you will directly influence how our platform evolves, how incidents are prevented and resolved, and how product teams consume platform capabilities.
