Job summary

Randstad in Bengaluru is seeking an FP&A professional to support monthly results, forecasts and budgets by preparing data extracts, reconciling sources, and building baseline analyses. You will maintain simple financial models and dashboards, update assumptions, and document methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability; collaborate with operations to align planning timelines.

Additionally, you will assist with ad-hoc cost, pricing and productivity analyses, uphold internal controls,

• Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
• Performs assignments using existing procedures.
• Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepares data extracts, reconciles sources, and builds baseline reports to support monthly results, forecasts, and budgets.

• Collaborates with operational stakeholders to collect inputs, validate drivers, and align timelines for planning cycles.
• Supports ad-hoc analysis on costs, pricing, and productivity, ensuring accuracy and consistency with finance policies.
• Adheres to internal controls and data quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
• Produces first-pass variance analyses with clear, factual commentary and escalates anomalies for review.
