Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist in Customer Operations to analyze demand, forecast trends, and monitor orders. You will develop dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and Sales.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analytics with strong SQL, Excel, and BI tool skills, and a collaborative mindset to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor system transactions and exceptions, including EDI/IDOC processing failures.

Associate Specialist, Customer Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• BE equivalent degree with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
• A flexible (who can work in different shifts), pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
• Hands on SQL / PLSQL / Tableau/POWER BI / Basic & Advanced Excel/SAP
• Good communication skills.
• Having exposure to the automotive supply chain would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand, forecast, backlog, and order booking trends to identify risks and opportunities.

• Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and planning performance.
• Participate in automation and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and SQL-based reporting solutions.
• Create weekly and monthly performance reports for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.
