Analog Devices is seeking an Associate Industrial Engineer to join the Central Industrial Engineering team. This early-career role will support factory performance improvement initiatives across multiple wafer fabrication sites through capacity modeling, data analytics, reporting automation, cycle time reduction, and scheduling optimization. Working alongside experienced Industrial Engineers at local facilities, this position will contribute to the development of cross-site analytical tools and decision-support systems that maximize factory output and enable future expansion planning.
0–2 years of Industrial Engineering or analytical experience. Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform quantitative analysis. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively within geographically distributed teams.
